New login page breaks 1password

The new log in page for some reason has the e-mail input field as type=password, which makes 1Password think it's a password field. This breaks the security provided by password managers. I think this is a bug.

This is the web app login dropbox.com/login

Thanks for the update. As you mentioned, it might be a conflict between that other extension affecting how the site site is being detected by 1Password, so the developers of the Relay extension would be better placed to assist further on this matter.

Hi dr1209, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you clarify which browser you're using when accessing the Dropbox site, and from what device and OS you're using?

This will help me to assist further!

Oh sorry, I realise now this isn't an issue with your login page necessarily (although it might).

I've narrowed this down to the Relay extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/private-relay/ on Firefox 117.0a1.

      I'm using Windows 11 22621.1992.

I don't see this problem with other sites, though, so it might be an interaction with that particular extension. I'll file a bug with them as well so they can take a look at it in parallel.

Just to check, if that extension is disabled, does the Dropbox site get detected correctly by 1Password?
