Not Receiving Verification Email - Did All the Things Suggested on this site

I am not able to verify my account, so then i am not able to receive he shared files i need.

i have already:

1. Added no-reply@dropbox.com to my email contacts

2. Clicked on a dropbox advertising email (which works fine somehow) and whitelisted the whole domain

3. Used Chrome and also tried incognito mode

4. Used Edge and also tried inprivate mode

 

I would appreciate some help.

    Just to confirm, because I don't see it in the list of troubleshooting steps you tried, have you also checked your spam folder?

     

    If it's not there either, can we send you an email, so we can investigate further?

      yes, I monitored my spam filter and viewed my quarantine folder as well.
