Can I get access to a deceased users account?
my aunt is recently deceased and i need to access her photos from her dropbox account does dropbox have a form i can fill out whare i can provide a copy of her death certificate and get access to her...
I would like to consult with everyone.
A few years ago, my father passed away, and now I turned on his computer, I discovered he was using Dropbox. I inherited his account information and password book, and when I tried entering the credentials, it showed that the password has expired.
However, I am unable to reset the password as I no longer have access to the email address or phone number he used at the time.
I wish to see what my father left behind. Is there any way I can fulfill that wish?
