Despite being an admin on the hellofax system for my company, I cannot see the received faxes that come in under the Faxes > received section. I can see them under the all team faxes section, however it is not the same thing. Can someone please explain to me why i cannot see the received faxes that come in seperately?
This was taken care by our company admin. So there is no longer a need to look into the issue.
As its an issue with HelloFax you probably need to talk to them - it is them who develop the integrations etc. not Dropbox
I would like to, however each time i sign into hellofax, it takes me to dropbox fax to sign into.
To me this means that Dropbox owns Hellofax to some extent, and should be the ones in charge.
Unless I am missing something regarding this.
And each phone number that I try to contact dropbox fax, is automated and I cannot get a hold of anyone to speak to regarding this, except for a ticket system which I submitted already.
