I am not able to send or recieve faxes today. Is Hello Fax down?
As of this morning I am able to send and receive faxes.
It goes through as normal both ways. Does not come to the email that is assigned. Same email and server we have used since this account was set up. I just checke the website and now it says
FAILED TO FAX [removed per Community Guidelines] 10:52 AM
on the one that I sent as a test.
I registered today and I am unable to receive fax. Not too thrilled.
