    I did that. Someone got back to me, and then went radio silent. So are you guys just checking if it’s a problem for you, or are you actually interested in helping us to get this resolved?

      I have same situation with CosmicPlumber. I'm still waiting for the collection box as you told me. I even asked for how long it could take but no answer from you.
