Unable to reset the password of my account.
Good morning. I have tried absolutely everything dropbox has told me to do to receive the emails to reset my password but I am still not getting them. I usually sign in with google, but I am trying to delete my account and need my password to do that. Anyone have any ideas to help? Thanks!

If I understand this correctly, it sounds like you currently have access to your Dropbox account, right?
Have you tried checking your spam/junk folder of your email in case the communication ended up there?

Hi! Yes, we have checked all our spam folders, and we have added the email it is supposed to come from to our contacts. Still nothing.
