It's an issue I came across yesterday as well;
- on Safari 14.1.2 running under OS 10.14.6 and neither does it work in Safari 15.4 under OS 12.3.1-
you cannot use "copy to project"
You get the popup on the left where you can choose the project folder you want to copy it to, but you are unable to proceed.
