Hi All, I'm currently waking up to an error within Premiere using the Dropbox Replay app. Pulling up the window from the menu gives me the rainbow bars and "unexpected error." I have a folder of 30 or so interviews. I wanted to use the "cc transcribe" feature to obtain a text version of the audio. I did that with success with some of the clips that showed cc was there and I could turn cc on or off. So leaving it on, I hit transcribe and got my transcription. But when I tried to do this with clips with different labels the "cc" was suddenly unavailable and I could not transcribe. Does anyone know why this is. All the clips were uploaded from the same computer and came from the same camera. Need help. Can cc be added to clips or is the labeling wrong or is there a setting that needs to change? Help and feedback would be appreciated! Thank you. Recently re-invited an email to an Advanced account after removing mistakenly, not able to access Replay and get stuck on "Unexpected error". All the previous shared links do still work outside of using the account email but not able to access Replay whatsoever. Other email members attached to the account can access as normally and can access the links. Just the relinked account that is affected. Wouldn't be surprised if I'm not able to access the previous uploads on Replay but being able to use going forward would be the main issue to resolve. Hello, Does anyone know how to set 'auto resolution' for Dropbox Replay? And it seems that changing the resolution doesn't actually work immediately. For example, if I lower the resolution from 1080p to 480p during playback, the resolution is still 1080p. Does Dropbox Replay offer true version stacking? In other words, if I have 10 videos v1 through v10, will it be 10 separate videos in the folder and then my client as to go to the version with the highest number? OR, does it work like Frame.io where I can drag each subsequent version on top of the previous version so the most recent version remains on top?
