I want to add my personal Dropbox as a place in Excel, but I'm asked to contact the admin.
I am trying to enable cosharing between me and a friend. To do that, I am trying to add my Dropbox as a place in Excel, but whenever I log into my Dropbox, which is my personal email, it tells me to contact an admin. But it is my personal email, so I am the admin? Does anyone know what to do? Thanks!
Opening Microsoft files ends up in an endless loop asking for authorization.
I have dropbox personal and business accounts I have microsoft 365 family edition For some reason, everytime I try to open a file from dropbox into excel, word or powerpoint, it sends on and endless loop asking for authorisation, getting the authorisation and going back to screen asking for authorisation. Please help
Dropbox Microsoft Office Online not working: Clicking "Open in Word for Web" results in preview
I'm having trouble getting Microsoft Office Online to load properly. When I open a *.docx document as the preview and choose "Open with Word for Web" my browser opens a new tab and the loads the same *.docx file in the preview mode. If I go to the same dropdown and click "Open with Word for Web", it opens yet another tab that also ends up being the same preview folder. The Word for Web loads properly if I use the DropBox browser interface to create a new document. However when I close it, I am back to the original situation where if I try to open it with Word for Web it only loads a new tab in the preview view. Can somebody help me get this working again? This situation started suddenly and is new to me.
Unable to open Excel files on Android Dropbox mobile app - Office login loop
Hi, I have a free dropbox account and have used it for years to store a few basic excel spreadsheets that I use daily. I have a paid Microsoft 365 account that I use on my android phone and lenovo laptop. For some reason the last few days, I am unable to open my dropbox excel spreadsheets on my phone. When I try to open the spreadsheet I get a log in page saying "Log in or sign up to Dropbox to link with Microsoft Office Integration". I log in using my dropbox user and pw and it just sends me to my onedrive. I have tried deleting the dropbox and 365 apps on my phone and re installing and logging in. I have tried to open the dropbox files by going into excel first and then trying to open the dropbox spreadsheet. Just always sends me to the log in page. It all works fine on my laptop, and after saving, my dropbox android app shows the newly updated spreadsheet. Dont know what has happened. Please help.
