Hi, I believe I was compromised yesterday on my dropbox. I accidently opened a pdf from an unknown email. I was then asked to sign in to my dropbox and did so. Immediately after this I changed my passords and logged off all my devices accept for my pc. I later logged back on using my new password. I just noticed this morning in dropbox security that there is still a session logged on to my drop box that is not familar to me (this session shows that it was first logged on to my dropbox on the same time as I had the episode yesterday). There doesnt seem to be a cross to turn this session off, the browser is chrome on windows, and most recent activity is showing as 'current session'. Hi, I have the android app and my personal (basic) account and work account connected. I've recently noticed that if in the personal account there is no option to switch to the work account. I have to logout of the personal account and then it defaults back to the work account. Then if I want to get back to the personal one I have to login again and it switches ok but if then try to go back to the work account the link has disappeared again. Both accounts show in the settings and everything works ok on PC and online, it is just an app issue and is the same on both my phone (android V12) and tablet V13), both running App version 356.2.2 which I believe is latest. Hi, I am trying to connect my existing account to Dropbox application on a new Android Phone. Problem is that none of the option is working. I tried with my user name and my password, not working. I tried with unique code sent on my email, it always said the code is not valid. I tried to contact assistance but when I receive notification email, I connect to my account on computer, I do not see any answer anywhere.
