(File) download failed due to an unknown error
I am not trying to download a large file. I am trying to download any file at all. A 3.31MB .pdf shouldn't incur this error. I have a Nexus 7 2012 that is running 4.4.4 because I am one of the many users whose tablets turn into bricks/slugs after updating to anything 5.0+. It's a known problem. Since the dropbox app won't install from the Google Play store since I'm running 4.4.4, I tried using Dropbox from Chrome. I can sign into my account from Chrome, which is as updated as it can be, but I cannot download any file at all. I can see files but cannot download them. I receive unknown error message. How should I get to files to my device? Google Drive?

End of Audio Previews Cut Off
Hello! I have a very regular issue where the dropbox web player is cutting off the very last seconds of audio files. This issue is NOT pertaining to the playback limits enforced by Dropbox plans. It's just the last few seconds of every audio file I upload, the player cuts off the end. These are all CBR MP3 files. Haven't tested with any other format. I'm a podcast editor and multiple times per week I have clients come back to me complaining that the end of their piece is cut off. It always turns out that they were listening to the file on Dropbox's web player. Once they download the file, it's perfect. Total time-waster for me and just not a good experience overall for clients. Love Dropbox otherwise, and with the subscription fee every month, I would expect not to have issues like these. Happy to provide further info or test to help resolve this issue!

Dropbox Smart Sync doesn't work for image sequences in After Effects
Hi, whenever I open an After Effects project from coworkers which uses linked image sequences that I haven't yet synchronized locally, the Dropbox smart sync feature fails to sync the whole image sequence automatically. It detects the first image in the sequence but doesn't download the rest, resulting in an After Effects error "Can't import as sequence. Found no matches for the selected file name. (39::44)". For projects with multiple sequences, this is a very annoying bug. Especially because relinking the files isn't easy since you first have to find the file locations and sync the files manually. We have been using OneDrive before and there it wasn't an issue. Any plans to fix this issue? Best, Lennart

Issue with Linked Work and Personal Account and Smart Sync
I have my Work and Personal accounts linked with a Plus account, but wanted to upgrade my Work account to Professional so that I'd have Smart Sync. Aside from the increased space,I mainly want to upgrade from Plus to Professional to have the Smart Sync feature on my Work account. However, when I upgraded to Professional, it applied it to my Personal account instead of Work. On my Macbook, I can use the Smart Sync for my Personal account, but my Work account does not have the option (only Selective Sync option is available). Anyone else had this issue? Other notes:I have a team folder that I use with my Work account that was setup when I used a trial of Dropbox Business, but ended up cancelling after my trial, yet the Team folder stayed. I don't need that "Team" folder necessarily if it matters or affects how Dropbox views my account in regards to Smart Sync.I have only one other person I work closely with, soI can't justify Dropbox business for $45/mo, when really all I need is 1 Professional account for me, and 1 Plus account for my partner ($30/mo). I want to use dropbox for my movies.
Hi, I want to learn how can I use Dropbox for my movies. My question is if I want to move my movies to Dropbox can I watch as in my local files? I'm thinking to buy Dropbox 2TB account instead of buying a new external hard disk. My internet is not so fast. Pretty slow actually like 2-3mbit for download and almost 1mbit for upload speed. My other question is if I want to move my files to dropbox should I wait for till all the files are uploaded and while the uploading process is that gonna affect to my internet speed? I'm wondering how to system works exactly. Would be great to get some help about that. Thanks.

I keep getting emails that my DropBox is full, even though my account shows that I have 6.3 GB
I keep getting emails stating "Your Dropbox is full and is no longer syncing files. New files added to your Dropbox folder won't be accessible on your other devices and won't be backed up online." When I check VIEW SYNC ISSUES in the DB app (via my Mac's top tab in Finder) there are no problems shown. I also checked my account via the website, which shows I'm only using234.13 MBof 6.25 GB. So what gives? Why do I keep getting these emails?

What can I do with a Professional plan, when it comes to sharing?
Professional tierhas file access settings. In this regard, 3 questions. Is it possible to give access to files to other accounts with a specific password that can be changed? Is it possible not to provide access to download files, but only to view them? Is there access to files for other billing accounts?
