I was required to reset my password and now I can't find my files/paid plan.
I have a paid plan (2TB). I was forced into a password change last week, and since then all files and folders are gone from my Dropbox account, and when I login, it shows that have 2MB, not 2TB. All the files are still in the Dropbox folder on at least one of the computers linked to the account; it just appears that the account has reverted to the free account. How do I fix this?
I upgraded to Professional but I still can't edit a PDF file
I updated my subscription to Professional on my iphone and it shows that I did upgrade. I was charged for the additional monies and received an e-mail verifying I upgraded. When I attempt to edit a pdf it directs to a page requesting that I upgrade my account in order to do this

Hello togehter, I just want to edit my PDF on my IPad. But the free version only allows to type in one line and makes no automatic wrap. The dictation function also don't work with long texts. I don't need more space or any other feature - just more editing options. Sadly I have huge problems with the Acrobat Reader, which I am currently using. It don't sync very often and load many minutes. Thats why I want to edit my PDF at the dropbox itself. Does anybody got an idea which subscription I need for more editing options. Helping A Friend Get Organized
I have a friend who wants me to help him organize his DropBox folders. So if he sends me a link to them can I join the 2TB for just a month and help him and then drop out? If I drop out will his files still remain organized so all he has to do is maintain them? I don't want him to lose anything by me dropping out after a month or so. I don't need a permanent 2TB account, so I will only pay for it as long as I need to. Is this correct?
Special account with packrat since 2009 - All deleted files permanently deleted ?
Hello, I’ve got a big problem. First of all, sorry for my english. I’m a very early user of Dropbox, since 2009, one of the first users. After a basic account, I upgraded during two years for an account with the «packrat». Understand that at this period, this «packrat» option gave us the possibility to restore deleted files and older version of files with no limit of time. (sort of infinite "dropbox rewind" if we should compare to today naming). At the end of 2011, Dropbox told me that as one of the first members, my account (30 Go with packrat) would be from there free and I would be put on a special list. So from 2011 to this day, during 10 years, I’ve been able to restore all my deleted files that have been stored and deleted with no limit of time. Just by searching them in the search bar, the old deleted files was always found and shown to be restored. I’ve used since 2011 my dropbox to store many work files, and I took this habit to use my dropbox as a sort of hard drive. But today, for the first time, I can’t find my past files. I’m really scared that the dropbox team have mistaken my account for a basic account and sort of downgrade it, so that all my deleted files that I could restore from 2009 have been permanently deleted. Please help me. Thank you by advance.
