I have 4 icence in my Basic plan. I recently created teh 4th licence and was charged for it. Without any prior warning by Dropbox. As soon as I realised I was charged, I deleted the 4th licence. I am still getting billed on a DropBox account linked to an old work email that no longer exists at a company that I no longer work for. I am unable to receive the verification code to log into that account and therefore cannot cancel my subscription through that page. Hi, I've been billed for a premium account for over a year. I have looked multiple times and I cannot find a way to contact the company to get help with this issue. I cannot find which account it's associated with and I would like to stop getting billed. I would also like a refund for something that I've been billed that I haven't been using. Hi Dropbox community, I have recent charges on my credit card totalling $388 that I need to investigate please. I am on the dropbox basic plan so am not paying for a plan and therefore cannot contact anyone from dropbox to follow this up. I am hoping someone here can help me please? The charges have the reference 'Dropbox Dublin'. I have disputed charges with my bank but they have said I need to contact the merchant i.e. dropbox. Appreciate any help from Dropbox staff please! I am absolutely done I've gone through the whole Dropbox roundabout - Login, search for payment ID, use credit card details - that didnt work We even CANCELLED OUR CARD - and still the payments are coming out on our new card Every month, we get 2 charges for Dropbox, and no one in our office is connected or has a paying account. I deleted my Dropbox account in May 2024. However, I am still being billed every month. I cannot contact customer service via your website. because my login no longer works. In the past, I may have had more than one account, but, as I said, I can’t log in. Every time I try to get information about the charges, I get bounced back to the chatbot on your website. There seems to be no way to reach a human. Hi, Hope you are well. I had signed up to a trial plan and Dropbox charged me without any intimation. I cancelled the plan and have requested for a refund but with on response. I've been trying since over a month now to reach out to Dropbox and am finally trying this help forum. When I first reported this, Dropbox asked me to go to Google Playstore to request refund, when I did so, Google Playstore said I need to contact my bank and my bank has now asked me to go to the retailer i.e. Dropbox.
