I found out today that I have been paying via apple billing for a Plus ($11.99/month) and dropbox directly for my Professional ($19.99/month) amount for almost two years. The charges are for the same account (I only have one.) My account shows as a Pro account but my apple bill apple continues to come up as a Plus fee monthly. While I pay a direct fee to Spotify for the "pro" upgrade, somehow I'm still paying the for pro features? Cancelled the subscription via apple today and thinking about cancelling my dropbox if this is not resolved. chat was extremely unhelpful on both platforms, both pointing fingers at the other. There is a glitch somewhere in the communications. If you upgrade your account of either platform, the other should be notified and adjust or remove billing accordingly. I was recently billed $37.00 in January and February from Formswift. I understand that Dropbox owns Formswift so I am writing you to let you know that I had never heard of Formswift until I reviewed these charges on my credit card. I have contacted them via email, since that's the only way it seems to make contact, to cancel all further charges and refund these two, already made charges. I have 4 icence in my Basic plan. I recently created teh 4th licence and was charged for it. Without any prior warning by Dropbox. As soon as I realised I was charged, I deleted the 4th licence. I am still getting billed on a DropBox account linked to an old work email that no longer exists at a company that I no longer work for. I am unable to receive the verification code to log into that account and therefore cannot cancel my subscription through that page. Hi, I've been billed for a premium account for over a year. I have looked multiple times and I cannot find a way to contact the company to get help with this issue. I cannot find which account it's associated with and I would like to stop getting billed. I would also like a refund for something that I've been billed that I haven't been using. Hi Dropbox community, I have recent charges on my credit card totalling $388 that I need to investigate please. I am on the dropbox basic plan so am not paying for a plan and therefore cannot contact anyone from dropbox to follow this up. I am hoping someone here can help me please? The charges have the reference 'Dropbox Dublin'. I have disputed charges with my bank but they have said I need to contact the merchant i.e. dropbox. Appreciate any help from Dropbox staff please! I am absolutely done I've gone through the whole Dropbox roundabout - Login, search for payment ID, use credit card details - that didnt work We even CANCELLED OUR CARD - and still the payments are coming out on our new card Every month, we get 2 charges for Dropbox, and no one in our office is connected or has a paying account. I deleted my Dropbox account in May 2024. However, I am still being billed every month. I cannot contact customer service via your website. because my login no longer works. In the past, I may have had more than one account, but, as I said, I can’t log in. Every time I try to get information about the charges, I get bounced back to the chatbot on your website.
