I was charged even though I cancelled my plan. I need a refund.
Dear Sir/Madam, Hope you are well. I have been charged ยฃ95.98 below and I have cancelled my dropbox account. Please may I have a full refund, I have not used my Dropbox and am very stressed. This is the number of the credit card it has been charged to. Thank you so much and have a lovely day.
How much team space can members use? What happens to their existing files and their personal plan?
Hi! We're considering moving over to a team account instead of several individual accounts. When we switch over will everyone lose their info from their previous individual accounts or will those items move with them? Do you get penalized if one or two members use the bulk of the storage or can it be shared however works best for our team? Also, if someone has just renewed, do we get a prorated refund or do we just lose our money?
I'm not seeing the Plus features, although I paid for the plan.
I upgraded to the Plus plan using the 30 day free trial but I'm nit seeing any of the features on the account. It shows up in my subscriptions but i dont have access to any of the features, when i try to upgrade again it tells me im already paying for the subscription cause of starting that trial.Noticed some charges on my card.
