How can I receive a refund for an account I can't access?
I was terminated from a job that required me to have a Dropbox subscription. The account is linked to my work email and I don’t have the password. How can I contact Dropbox to close the account and refund me for the last bill? Thanks

Was the Dropbox account upgraded via www.dropbox.com? Or was it done on iTunes/Google Play?
