"Account Downgraded" error on the desktop app even though I've paid for my plan

I am getting message in the screenshot attached. I just paid for 1 year subscription for Dropbox Extra a few days ago and not sure why I am getting this error

    Hey punksinatra, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Have you tried closing the Dropbox application and then relaunching it, to see if that helps?

     

    Make sure to restart your computer as well, if you haven't already.

      Hi Hannah,

       

      I restarted multiple times even restarted my computer but still that error shows up. 

       

      Any idea how to fix this?

        What options do you get when right clicking a file or folder in your Dropbox folder? A screenshot of this would help greatly.
