The text disappears from my search bar on the website while I'm typing.
Using the site version - the text I enter will disappear halfway through what I'm typing and I have to clear out the bar and start over. Happens to every user on my team and did not used to be like this. Really annoying and time consuming to do everything twice. Not sure what caused the behavior change but please fix this issue.
We can't re-upgrade our plan because the payment page is broken and keeps refreshing.
Hi, hopefuly someone here can help as so far I have had a 30 email chain with support and no closer to solving the issue. We had a business account and needed to reduce the amount of team members....we did this but it downgraded us to only 1 team member and a basic account. For over a month now i have been trying to UPGRADE and PAY for a business account but the payment page just refreshes and doent do anything....it just shows the summary of the buy but it doesnt charge us or let us upgrade. I have tried on diff browsers, computers, different methods of payment and even in different countries and no use the payment link doesnt work. Nor does all the new links that DB send us for payment. Has anyone else experieced this? very frustrating as we cannot talk to areal person even when trying to upgrade and pay them.
Accidentally deleted account after canceling Business trial.
Hi, I signed up for a trial version of the Business Plan, then I found that my personal account was accidentally deleted when I canceled the trial. Now I can't get it back, and it's telling me I have to wait 30 days to re-register. Can the account/files be recovered? How will this affect my subscription? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
Dropbox Sign missing Template Links option
I've seen someone else have the same issue as me and posted a question on the 23rd Jan. Since the Dropbox Sign templates have been moved app.hello.sign.com the function "create template link" is no longer available on Business accounts. Seems absolutely bonkers that this is the case and so can Dropbox please look to reintroduce this functionality - especially for business accounts where this kind of thing is required frequently.Team account has expired and I can't access my personal account
i am locked out my personal account which has a dropbox plus subscription attached to it due to a team account expiring which its i am a member of but not the admin. I can not upload new footage to my personal account, if i am removed will i lose all my content?

I'm a consultant and I currently work with two clients who use dropbox. I have 2 separate accounts as well as my personal one. I can only link one business account and my personal account to two different folders. Can I link all 3 accounts to separate folders?
Deleted a Dropbox team account - how can I use the same email for a personal plan?
I accidentally signed up for the Business plan instead of the Essentials plan; so I deleted the account thinking in about a day I could re-sign up for the plan I wanted with the same email. But it says the email is disabled - is it forever no longer usable now?? I tried to contact any support but there is nothing since I don't have the business account anymore
How can I remove some users from the list of external collaborators?
I can gave access to some "Joe Random" to a file he needed to download. Fine. All good. 4 years later, the file is deleted, and his name still comes up on my list of external collaborators. There is zero reason for any Rando's to be listed here. There are 91 of them. There should be like 4-5 of them. How can I get rid of these names that no longer need access to files? Joe Rando and his 85 friends can go!
