Hi, we would like to upgrade from Plus to Business. The current Plus subscription has managed by the Apple App Store. We already cancelled the subscription there and it is already expired (as of 2024-11-19). However, it is still not possible to upgrade to business because it still claims that the subscription is managed by Apple App Store. Does anyone have an idea what else we can do to upgrade the account to Business without the use of the apple app store but directly from the Dropbox page? I tried to redeem one of the license keys that I bought in the past. To my surprise, I got the error message, "That license key has been invalidated. If you’re having trouble, please contact support". I paste a screenshot below I have renewed my subscription in this way for the past few years and it was always successful until this time. The license keys (I have two) that I tried today was shipped and sold by Amazon.com (not any third party vendor) in 2018. Hello, I am currently using a free plan with approximately 22GB of storage and am considering upgrading to the ‘Dropbox Plus’ plan. I have a question: if I cancel my subscription in the future, will my free storage space revert to the ~22GB I currently have, or will it be reduced to the standard 2GB? I REALLY need help, please. A very long time ago my wife and I wanted to put our photos, many of them precious, in a safe place. She suggested putting them om a USB but I said we should put them on something called "Dropbox" It was free and safe. What a fool I was. Over time it said my account was "getting " full so I deleted as many things as I could and things were fine. Then without using my account much at all I went to it and it says it's full and I have to pay a large sum of money, which I don't have, in order to get into my account. It seems like kidnapping. If I were to pay the money I don't even know if I could get my photos back without deleting them all. The only thing I can think of is, paying the ransom, downloading the photos to my hard drive, moving them to a USB (my PC is old and I can't fit in a USB and a wireless USB in at the same time) and terminating my account. Even then I'm afraid I will lose everything because it says that by terminating your account all of your data will be deleted. I really don"t know what to do. Hi, I am about to lose my mind with Dropbox. I signed up for the business free trial, and then was out of storage so wanted to upgrade to the actual plan, went through and added payment then it still does not let me upgrade my account. It shows that i have the storage but i'm not able to use any of the features, and when i send out links they all show temporarily disabled?
