    Hey ST Music, thanks for flagging this with us.

     

    Could you clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile all installed there as well?

     

    Also, could you send us the screenshot by using the camera icon (insert photo option) within your reply's box?  If you're on a mobile device at the moment, you may need to request the desktop version of the website to bring up the button. 

     

    Apart from that, are you noticing this on specific media files? For example, audio or video files? 

     

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there, Scott.

      Hi Walter,
      thank you for the reply. I am using Android 13. I'm using the Chrome browser, not the app. The play tray just disappeared recently. It does appear fine though in the Samsung and Brave browsers.

      I will update Chrome if one is available to see if that has an effect.

        P.S. I did update Chrome but still the issue exists. Video files play fine as the play button appears in the middle. So the problem is only with mp3/wav files.
