Cannot download folder from dropbox by searching
I found that when I use the searching function to search a folder, it can show the result correctly, but when I try to download the folder, the browser is no respond. When I click to the folder and select all the files inside, I can download the files at once. If I just click to All Files and select the folder not by searching, I can download the folder. So the problem will happen when I search the folder and cannot download the folder, can your side help to check this problem?

Hey yagami_kyo, welcome to the Dropbox Community!
I just tested this on my end and it works for me, so this might be just a browser issue.
Can you try from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
Let me know what you find.

Oh my dear sorry to hear that. I understand that you're having trouble downloading a folder that you found using the search function in Dropbox. I'm happy to help you with this.
Here are a few things you can try:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This can sometimes help to resolve issues with loading pages or downloading files.
- Try downloading the folder from a different browser. If you're using Chrome, try using Firefox or Edge.
- Try downloading the folder from the Dropbox desktop app. If you don't have the desktop app installed, you can download it from the Dropbox website.
