Don't delete folder info and provide an export option for the data

I manage a business dropbox account. Our team utilizes the folder info function and have a lot of information there. I was just made away that this function is going away in 2 weeks!! We need either this function to remain or a way to export the data asap.

Hi stoman, thanks for messaging the Community.

Currently, there aren't any methods to retain the function on any Dropbox account.

At this time, we don't have a way to export any of the current data in the folder info.

We appreciate the feedback on this matter and we take all comments into consideration when improving the Dropbox site and services.

Hi stoman, thanks for writing in and I apologize for the inconvenience.

I wanted to add that in 2 weeks, we are removing the functionality to make further edits & adding new detail. However, the existing detail will remain for a few more weeks giving you more time.

I also wanted to be clear that other information under Folder info, such as Name, Saved in, Size etc. will remain.

Additionally, could you share how your team has been using folder detail? I'd love to better understand your team's workflow.

    Thanks,

    Hannah
