Dropbox website not loading. Why?
My 50 person organization is all experiencing Dropbox not loading on the web platform
Hey everyone, thanks for posting here!
I'd suggest that you contact our Support team directly about this, in order for them to have a closer look and investigate what might be causing this.
If you have any trouble doing that, don't worry I can definitely help with that, just let me know.
However, if you manage to contact our Team about this, just give me a heads up and share the ticket number here, in order for me to locate it on our system.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Having the same issue as the others today as well on the website. File Explorer seems to work though.

At the moment our status page informs that all platforms are operational, however we did have a small hiccup earlier.
Could you send me a couple of screenshots of the error/page you get when you're trying to log into your browser?

I have a basic drop box account that does not include any support. I can log into my account but can not open any of my files. They are not there but when I refresh a few times I can see them but when I click they don't open and I get the spinning drop box logo. Happening on multiple devices. Any suggestions?

Hey Bmclaren, welcome to our Community!
Is it safe to assume you're referring and trying to access your files using our website?
If not, don't hesitate to correct me. However, if this is the case, would you mind trying a different browser, or an incognito tab on your current browser and share the results with me?
Keep me posted!

Yes I'm referring to the accessing my files via the website. I've tried each of the things you have suggested.
Same issue with Chrome and Edge.Same issue with incognito
Same issue after clearing cashe
This morning I was able to log in and everything looked normal but after logging out and attempting to go back in the same issue presented. The files were not there, after refreshing they appeared but when I tried to open one I got the spinning box but it never went past that screen.

Today's experience in Dropbox constituted of the following:
- When searching for files, there are long delays and eventually it times out
- I open files via Microsoft web, and when I close files out by "save and return to" it does the blue square dance for a while and then I get the purple "target" error
- When merging files within dropbox by using the "add page/save as original", getting the blue square dance and eventually turned into the purple "target" error.
