Error downloading folder through web client

I'm trying to download a large folder through the web client. After I click download I'm prompted to save a small file called unspecified.htm, which saves and then nothing else happens. I'm sure I've used this feature successfully before. Any idea what's happening?

I've tried both download methods - click the folder and click download at the top, and right click. I can download individual files successfully.

Tried Mozilla Firefox & Chrome, Windows 10.

Great. Now I know why, but I wonder. Why the hell it doesn't display a descritive error? Are db developers this dumb or is just plain negligence?

I suppose 2 possible cause: regarding customers pressing if they "announce" error or usage limitation and for full service you simply need comp with dropbox instalation. User cant simply transfer files over the net - you have to download it or push it to another dropbox account. And this is double money for 1 file. And limitation hold users inside their ecosystem because they cant simply migrate to another cloud competitor. Not very fair but I dont know for now any better.
