Error when trying to open images on my new desktop
If I am on my laptop or my phone I can go to Dropbox and click on a picture and it opens just fine. If I try this on my newer Dell Desktop then I get an error message saying Photos can't open this f...

Mark, Thank you so much. I just clicked my entire photo folder and now everything shows up and I can open in Photos. I figured it was something simple so you saved me a lot of time and frustration. Have a great day!
