How large is the size of the folder with the images and videos?
Do you have enough space on your own Dropbox account to add the shared link there?

Hi @Jay
The video file we're attempting to download is 3.1 gbs, the folder of all of the photos is 10.3 gbs.
My Dropbox can only support 2gbs currently, but I'm just after trying to direct download these files to my hard drive.

There is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.
Could you try checking each of these to see if they could be causing this behavior?
