Hm, definitely not using 2 different accounts since I've only made 1 Dropbox account. 1. And for some reason on both devices it doesn't appear (website) for me it only appears on the folder PC version of it.

If thats the case is Dropbox running on your PC? Can you see it in the status bar? If so what does it say if you mouse over it?
If not restart the application 🙂 Or consider a reinstall - www.dropbox.com/downloading

Have you done what I suggested justaguy_4 ?
Dropbox is just a folder on your device like any other. So unless the software is running they'll sit there as your image shows because that is what they are - files in a folder.

Since I have already restarted Dropbox and it dont work I will try to reinstall
