No sound after uploading from DVD
I have several DVD-RW and +R discs from an old Sony camcorder. The +R discs upload fine. The -RW only have audio for a few seconds then it cuts out. I’ve also tried saving the files from the -RW files on my desktop and uploading from there but get the same problem. The videos do have audio all the way through when playing them on the same laptop I’m using to upload them.
- Yes, I’m viewing them directly on the site after downloading them. I’ve also tried viewing on my MacBook and iPhone and have the same issue. I get about 30 seconds of audio and then the video continues with no audio. I’ve sent a link of one video to someone and the same thing occurred to them. I’m not sure on redownloading from the site. I’m new to Dropbox so I haven’t done much besides uploading photos and videos. I can look into that a bit later.
