Yes, they're on my account. I am able to acces them, but not in preview due to the file size. I did not try to download them via different browser.

Hey komrad9, sorry to jump in here, but could you maybe try another app or program to unzip the downloaded files? 

 

Do you still get an error? If so, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.
