Do you mean that your backup files can’t be deleted from your Backups page online?

There is no path for it. The Backups section isn't available within the folder structure of your account. It's only managed through the page that Nancy linked to. You can also access it through the menu in the upper-right corner of the page when you're signed in to Dropbox.com.
