I still can't see all of my files, even though I've upgraded my Dropbox account.

Hi I recently upgraded dropbox to 3T because I couldn't access any of my files, I assumed it was because of being over the limit. Any advice on how i can view my files

    You can see all of the content in your account on Dropbox.com, even if you're over the limit If All files doesn't show any files, then there are none in the account.

     

    When was the last time you signed in to the account, prior to upgrading? What activity do you see on your Events page?
