I can't share any files with my members. It states "banned member", what can I do?
In this morning, I wanna share the folder to my member by inviting his email, but unable to share it where it stated banned member, what can I do?

Hey Chinseokyen, sorry to see you're experiencing this issue, let's jump right into this.
Based on the error you received, it sounds like your sharing ability might have been temporarily paused. You can find out more info at this Help Center article.
How long has it been since you were not able to share files/links? If this is your first time, keep in mind that it will last 24 hours; after that your sharing ability should resume.

Hey Chinseokyen, I'd suggest waiting till tomorrow to see if your sharing ability will resume.
