I want to check the upload/download files when using the app.

I have been using it at work for many years. It's very helpful, but sometimes the upload or download doesn't proceed.
At that time, the message "Synchronizing XX files" will be displayed and no progress will be made for several days. If I could figure out which file is taking the time, I could temporarily save it, but I can't do anything about it because I don't know which file is the problem. Is it possible to have the Dropboxdesktop app display which files are being synced?

Whatever it is, I'd like some tips on what to do when something doesn't go well.
I think this service is the best.

Hey mmlemon, let's jump right into this!

If I understand this correctly, it sounds like you wish to identify which files are currently being synced when using the app, right?

If not, feel free to clarify.

Could you let me know the app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray/menu bar?

Also, can you click on your avatar in the app's preferences and then on the 'View sync issues' option? Another thing that might work, is if you try to open your local Dropbox folder, and check for the files' syncing icons, just to see which one is being synced.

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    Thanks for your reply!

    The screenshots are below:

    task bar= Dropbox 213.4.4597, status=create 842 index

    app status = sync 842

view sync issues(about 5 minute later)

Hey mmlemon - can you please clarify if the number shown in the app is changing or if it's stuck at the exact same number of files?

Are you familiar with this Help Center article by the way?

The numbers will not change until you do something (at least 2 days). When you change a file managed by Dropbox, the number increases (the number increases and does not decrease, it remains the same).

I read the article, logged out and logged in, and it proceeded, but it took over a day and a half, and a file conflict occurred that took several days to resolve, so I would like to avoid that.
I tried other methods but they didn't work.
Although the numbers fluctuated, the motivation was never complete.
