I hired a videographer to document my wedding, however then I try to download the file which is 12gb it keeps on failing, then when I try again this error appear, the videography told me that they do...

Are you only getting this error when trying to download the file that the shared link points to or even when trying to preview it on the website?
If the file was deleted from the videographer's end, you'll need to ask them to restore it from their end for you to be able to access it through the shared link.
In any case, please let us know of any updates.
