I've invited a user to my shared folder, but I'm not seeing the files they're uploading.

I have a shared folder in Dropbox and invite the user. The Invited user, says they are uploading the files to Dropbox, but I cannot see the files.   What is going on, as I have been using this ...

I will reach out to my client and see which feature they are using.  I am using the Dropbox.com on my computer, not the App.

Please also ask them to make sure they're uploading the files to the correct folder.

      Client is using computer to upload, and documents are not always uploading. At their computer end they uploaded, but do not show at my end. What is happening and where are the documents doing to?? This is just so annoying.
