Link disabled
I have an archive for my club. I created a general link to make it accessible to all members. I passed on the link on the Bank Holiday only to find it comes up with Link Disabled. When I try to create a new link it provides the same link. My files have also stopped syncing although I have space.
- Thank you all so much - with your help I appear to have solved the problem. The Help Centre page which takes you through step by step and shows you how (and where) to delete the link was the key ONCE I had deciphered its instructions!!
Then I could create a new uncorrupted link which now works - thanks again everyone!

What does the link say when you click on it?
And if they've stopped syncing what does Dropbox say if you mouse over its icon on the status bar?

I've managed to get the syncing done but unsure if the general link works for everyone anymore.

Hey Ian Lambert, sorry to jump in here, but it sounds like your shared links may have been banned.
How long have you been getting this error when accessing your shared link(s)?
You can test it out from an incognito window if you'd like to see if it works for others.
