My Mac is not syncing files added by others
My Mac mini will not sync files that have been updated by others. I removed DB from my desktop and now I can't even get into DB to redownload. I use this for work and cannot do my job without it working properly. Please help asap

Thanks for letting us know about this, LBF77
Can you clarify what you mean about not being able to get into Dropbox to download it?
Are you able to download the Dropbox app from this page?
Once it's downloaded, please also hover over the Dropbox icon in the menu bar, to see the sync status of the app and let us know what it is.
Thanks in advance.

I was getting an Error 500 message. I rebooted a couple of times and was able to get in to DB online. I downloaded DB to my desktop and it did not work. It was stuck at updating about 190 items, like it had been all day. I got up this morning and force quite everything on my computer, rebooted, redownloaded and it is currently downloading my DB correctly. Only have about 6000 or of 97K to download and I am feeling like it will work correctly now. It was just an uphill battle. I'll let you know if it all works.

I am syncing all to my computer and now there is not enough space. I am doing some selective sync selections, but there is still one folder and one document that will not sync and they are very important to my work. I've tried requesting sync next, but the document never syncs. I'm getting very frustrated. I need to work not diagnose and wait for downloads. 😢

Appears that everything anyone including myself has updated in the past 24 hours, will not update. I am stuck back where I was yesterday before I deleted DB from my Mac. Syncing 142 items. Sadly the two main things, 1 folder, 1 document WILL NOT UPDATE.
