New Account: cannot copy a large amount of files to Dropbox.

I have a new Dropbox Business account, and I have 9TB of space on it.  I tried to copy 1TB of files up to start using Dropbox, but it fails saying there is no more space avialable.  Only a few GB of ...

OK.. I am sure that is my issue.  I activated SYNC of the other folders and I am now copying through the APP..
