"Email to Dropbox" is not available as an option in my settings

Hi all, had a search around of the net and was directed to this page;

https://help.dropbox.com/create-upload/email-files-to-dropbox

Trouble is that option doesn't exist. I've tried under the settings page clicking my avatar and checked settings/prefs for the admin console and the desktop app.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

  •  Hannah, after a bit of searching it appears that if you have a DropBox teams account the process is different. I'm all sorted now.

    Hey @DwightG, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Can you send us a screenshot of your settings, to show us that this option is missing?

     

    Keep in mind that to set this feature up, you need to be logged in to your account online, not the desktop app.
