Sync Issues on Windows 10 device

I have a sync issue on my windows pc. I have windows 10 and i cannot see a folder which was shared with me in dropbox. Another colleague that has an iMac does see the folder but i do not s...

Rename the folder.
The folder likely has a name using characters that are not compatible on a Windows operating system. macOS can use characters that are reserved on Windows, and any file or folder with such characters in its name will not be able to sync to Windows.
