The syncing is disabled due to an error
My dropbox app on Mac(MacOS Ventura 13.4.1) cannot sync any file; I tried the following solutions:
1. Restart the Mac, cannot work;
2. Uninstall the Dropbox and install the latest version, cannot work;
3. Quit the Dropbox, cannot work.
It just showed on the Finder(Dropbox):"syncing is disabled due to an error".
I don't know what else I can do to fix it.
Can anyone help with it?
Thanks!
Hi Walter,
Thanks for your reply; I tried it today again, downloaded the new dropbox desktop app, now it works....
It is wired, but finally fixed!
Thanks!

Hi there Ccseven, sorry to hear about your syncing issue and thanks for all the information you provided.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, what's the status and version of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar?
Keep us posted!
