"We've interrupted your sharing activity" error when sharing a file

Can't share file
We've interrupted your sharing activity because you tried to share a file that may contain malware. Check your email for instructions on how to resolve this

I've been receiving this notice since yesterday and I never received the follow up email regarding my matter.

Been using this account since 2019 and everything was good before.

Can someone help me to resolve it? Need to share the folders to my clients.

Hey ydrt, thanks for reaching out to us.

I understand that your account has been banned from sharing files.

Have you reached out to our support team about this?

Reaching out to them directly will be more efficient, as this is an account specific issue and they'll need access to your info.

When you have your ticket number or if you have any trouble reaching out to them, let me know.

    Thanks.
