Account is not full but it says I need to upgrade to add files

Hi guys,

 

Seen the threads on this but still don't have a solution. 

 

I am using only 0.9GB of my 2GB but when I try to drop files in it says I need to upgrade. 

 

I also have adequate space on my laptop drive (not much - 10GB only for the moment but that's more than enough for the files)
