Dropbox is annoying; I hate MS 365 and Dropbox.
No access to my Dropbox data if I dont buy more storage.
I just want so save my data externally.
NO SERVICE AT ALL. Only useless phone numbers for help.
Customer is lost. I waste my time without any success.
Terrible business model of Microsoft.

Dropbox doesn't prevent access to your data, even if you're over your storage quota. Any data that you sync is already on your computer, and anything that won't sync (if you're over quota) is still accessible by signing in to your account on the Dropbox website where you can easily download any or all of your files.
Perhaps if you explained the problem you're having, someone here would be able to walk you through it.
