Email that "your Dropbox account is over capacity" but I've made no changes?

Received an email prompting to upgrade my account today -- "⚠ Immediate action advised: [name], your Dropbox account is over capacity"   When I log in I do see it showing almost 300GB used of my 5....

    Looks like a folder has accidentally been dropped in from your computer (Music? Movies?) that could be taking up a lot of space - what is www.dropbox.com/events showing?
