I can't activate the Acer 100 GB offer on my account

I keep seeing everyone having this issue. I just got this laptop and i did the offer via the dropbox that came on this laptop. it shows 2GB not 100GB. is this a scam or what. I see no way how to fix this issue. i need a code or something to get the 100GB. Brand new email too.
