Hey nikki6, welcome to the Dropbox Community.
Did you receive an email about this? Did it say that your Dropbox is full?
If you could send me a screenshot of that message, that'd be really helpful.
Also, what do you see if you check the plan tab of your account settings? Do you see your extra space there?

When was the last time you were able to see the correct amount of storage on www.dropbox.com?
Can you also go here, and send me a screenshot of what you see on that page?

I had a personal account; then tried dropbox team and somehow my account was imported into the team; then cancelled the team account. Screenshot attached.

HI TabsFolders-Com, the 2.75 GB is the correct quota amount as it shows your bonus quota.
The 2 GB at the top is only the standard amount for the Basic plan, and doesn't display any bonus quota earned.
