Lost my referral storage

  Hi 
I have my dropbox a long time ago, since 2011, and I got some storage inviting people but how I lost mt 16GB.

 

Can I get back my 16GB? thanks

    Hey flaviaduzo, thanks for reaching out to us.

     

    Space from referrals does not get removed, and from what I can see from your screenshots, you've already earned 16GB, which is the limit for the referral space someone can earn.

     

    If your space got reduced, is it possible that you had some kind of temporary promotion that expired?

     

    What do you see regarding your space usage and bonus space in your account settings here?

     

    Let me know what you find.

      I have the same problem. 15 GB that I earned by referrals disappeared. And only 2 Gb left. Please restore my storage space.

        Dropbox doesn't remove space earned by referrals. If you check your Referrals page, do you see your referrals listed? When was the last time you accessed the account?
