Refer a friend - Ineligible
I have a problem with my "Refer a friend". I invited and convinced a colleague to use dropbox. Even though he registered and installed dropbox, it did not add the promised 500 MB. It says "Ineligible" and I have no idea why.
This is historically the second time this has happened to me, but here I am absolutely sure that the conditions for space allocation have been met.
Anyone have any idea what this could be? Where do I go to get someone to fix it?

Ineligible usually means its on a machine that has already had Dropbox installed, or, on the same IP address as one already in use.
You could try and contact support at www.dropbox.com/support and see if they can help?

I tried contacting support at www.dropbox.com/support but only got a chat with the AI that got stuck in a circle and went nowhere. Where exactly can this be addressed - can I ask for an email to a specific person?

Would very much appreciate some help on this too!
